Restaurant Manager (Chinese Speaking)

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the Chinese restaurant Bao Li Xuan, including staffing, service delivery, and shift supervision.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and train food and beverage employees while monitoring performance and productivity.
• Maintain food service, sanitation, food-handling, and applicable liquor-law standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, handle complaints, collect feedback, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Support servers and hosts during peak meal periods and oversee purchasing, invoices, and other departmental financial activities.

Requirements

• Must speak Mandarin and Cantonese.
• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of food and beverage experience with an ultra-luxury brand or related professional area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related major plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising restaurant or food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, and leading employees.
