What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications.
• Deploy and configure Falcon Identity Threat Protection (ITP) and Next-Gen Identity modules.
• Guide customers through Active Directory and Azure AD integration, including domain controller sensor deployment.
• Define and implement identity-based Zero Trust policies and conditional access rules.
• Identify and remediate identity risks such as misconfigured accounts and lateral movement paths.
• Develop custom scripting and application solutions leveraging Falcon APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in end-user/customer environments.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Deep understanding of identity security concepts (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth) and common attack techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.
• Knowledge of Okta, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch.
• Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, LogScale) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance standards like CIS Benchmarks, PCI, or HIPAA.
