What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders in legal, cybersecurity, and data governance to implement privacy best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy engineering for non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop privacy controls and features according to global laws and regulations.
• Influence strategy for marketing and ad tech solutions, focusing on cookie management and privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Conduct operational deep dives on privacy processes to engineer scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in privacy engineering or marketing ad tech compliance.
• Familiarity with global privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, LGPD, GLBA).
• Strong technical background and knowledge of data governance principles.
• Experience with data anonymization and pseudonymization techniques such as hashing and tokenization.
• Must have US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneTrust, Informatica, or BigID.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT.
