What you will do

• Consult with customers from C-level to operational investigators to optimize the value of hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to increase fraud detection rates while maintaining low friction for genuine users.
• Deploy tactical rules to counter acute fraud attacks and steer customers toward best practices.
• Research emerging threats such as Account Takeover, Remote Access Scams, and Mule detection.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to support Sales and Client Innovation functions in new acquisitions.
• Deliver data-driven reporting and insights on fraud detection performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Experience with financial institutions' fraud departments and fraud monitoring tools.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven record of presenting complex data to diverse audience types.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling techniques.
