Customer Success Engineer (AppSec)

What you will do

• Drive product adoption and maximize value for new and existing clients.
• Engage with at-risk accounts to proactively prevent churn.
• Debug and resolve complex technical workflow issues for customers.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams to ensure platform proficiency.
• Escalate critical issues to the product team and share actionable customer insights.
• Manage onboarding and deployment processes for new clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near London, UK
• Prior experience in AppSec is mandatory
• Professional background in Customer Success or Technical Account Management
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to debug workflows
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, get-stuff-done attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
