What you will do

• Develop generative AI and agentic solutions, including RAG applications and intelligent workflows.
• Design and run experiments to validate AI/ML approaches and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Analyze datasets and system performance to continuously improve AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to take solutions from ideation to deployment.
• Strengthen internal data science capabilities through experimentation and innovation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for generative systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval methods.
