Data Scientist, GenAI

Location: London; primarily in the office

hirify.global is a global provider of commercial and personal insurance solutions using Generative AI to improve insurance risk access and customer solutions.

What you will do

• Develop data science and Generative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor AI solutions in production and handle operational issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Build evaluation frameworks for LLM efficacy and ground-truth dataset quality.
• Use evaluation results to guide the product development roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience building Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG frameworks.
• Experience with validation pipelines, observability, and monitoring solutions.
• Traditional data science experience, preferably with Python, in an agile production-oriented environment.
• Experience handling defect triage, root-cause analysis, and fixes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a highly technical, hands-on approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Palantir platform or relevant certification.
