What you will do

• Translate functional specifications and policy documentation into comprehensive test cases.
• Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing to isolate system issues.
• Participate in defect triage sessions to prioritize and track software resolutions.
• Maintain end-to-end SDLC traceability from requirements to test components.
• Document testing statuses, operational risks, and defects for PMO leadership.
• Ensure all testing activities align with IT governance and release management schedules.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass state-level criminal, credit, and E-Verify background screenings.
• 2+ years of experience in manual testing techniques and translating requirements into test scenarios.
• 3+ years of domain knowledge in healthcare operations or Medicaid programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a structured approach to documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience validating large-scale enterprise or e-business platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Experience working within Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Relevant technical or project management certifications.
