What you will do

• Modify and fine-tune CNC programs to maintain efficiency and accuracy against engineering specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including multi-axis systems, to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve machining and equipment issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and advance safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of setups and tooling changes and assist with training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent machining experience.
• 3+ years of machining experience with lathes and mills.
• Ability to follow applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Must establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
