Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid work model.

Overview
You will be responsible for new customer acquisition in Germany and play a key role in Lightspeed's growth. Your focus will be on identifying, driving, and successfully closing strategic deals with new, high-profile customers in the hospitality industry.
What you will do
- Proactively identify potential customers in the hospitality sector and demonstrate how Lightspeed can optimize their processes.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to win key hospitality accounts, focusing on integrated solutions for POS, online ordering, and inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality industry, understand their needs, and present Lightspeed as the optimal solution.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant sales experience in a 360° sales environment.
- Experience in areas such as IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, retail, or gastronomy.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
