What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies proactively.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal leadership.
• Mentor, support, and coordinate a small team of project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central projects.
• Previous Microsoft Partner experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching project teams.
