What you will do
- Lead complex Dynamics 365 projects, including multi-workload implementations, integrations, and AI requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, navigating scope, timeline, cost, and risk trade-offs.
- Provide strategic leadership to project teams, focusing on proactive risk identification and outcome protection.
- Facilitate steering committees and governance forums to ensure decision-making and alignment.
- Manage project financials, forecasts, and delivery health, providing context and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers, modeling consultative behaviors and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. or Canada (no visa sponsorship).
- 8+ years of experience managing projects through the full software development lifecycle.
- Managed 3+ full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations, including at least 1 ERP project.
- Previous professional consulting experience.
- Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to travel 25-50% for client engagements and company events.
