What you will do

• Conduct WHS inspections and quality assurance audits to ensure vendor compliance.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for mobile technology incidents and complex problem management.
• Liaise with Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineering teams regarding technical standards and end-of-life planning.
• Contribute to the Field Centre of Excellence for Mobile Assurance.
• Support contract managers with tender scope development and vendor performance analysis.
• Define technology roadmaps and drive quality control initiatives for mobile services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in mobile network topology including 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, and 5G environments.
• Subject matter expertise in mobile radio and transmission technology.
• Strong contract management and governance experience within a managed services environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical escalations and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical qualification in Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be based in the Brisbane area.
