What you will do

• Lead the delivery of facilities maintenance, minor works, and logistics services to ensure safe and reliable infrastructure.
• Monitor asset performance and condition to drive planned maintenance and optimize lifecycle value.
• Develop and implement efficient work planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for internal teams and contractors.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure compliance, performance, and value for money.
• Oversee procurement and financial management of maintenance activities in line with organizational and government requirements.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance, safety outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering facilities maintenance or infrastructure programs.
• Strong experience in contractor management and procurement.
• Trade or equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
• Working with Children Check.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sydney, Australia.
