What you will do

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance for hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Support the installation of capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to return products to full functionality.
• Liaise with the Service Co-ordination team to effectively prepare for site visits.
• Manage regional travel to support customers across the assigned area.

Requirements

• Full Electrical licence and a valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory requirement)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines within a team environment.
• Must be based in Adelaide, SA
