What you will do
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance for equipment at customer sites.
- Support the installation of capital equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to return products to full functionality.
- Liaise with the Service Co-ordination team to effectively prepare for site visits.
- Manage regional travel to support customers across the assigned area.
Requirements
- Full Electrical licence and a valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory requirement)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines within a team environment.
- Must be based in Adelaide, SA
