What you will do

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance for hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Support the installation of capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure products are returned to a fully functional level.
• Liaise with the Service Co-ordination team to effectively prepare for site visits.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Full Electrical licence (Mandatory)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
