TL;DR

Business Change Specialist (Digital Transformation): Leading large-scale Finance and Digital transformation change autonomously with an accent on behavioural, operational, and cultural shifts. Focus on embedding AI-led change, driving data-led adoption, and influencing senior leadership to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office 3 days per week in London, Bristol, or Birmingham.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change strategies for high-profile Finance and Digital transformation programmes autonomously.
• Design and embed behavioural change strategies that drive sustainable adoption, accountability, and new ways of working.
• Define, track, and act on clear adoption and behavioural KPIs to demonstrate business value using data-led insights.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in AI-enabled change, including the adoption of generative AI within Finance.
• Build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders at Director and MD levels.
• Identify and manage cross-programme risks, dependencies, and change saturation across the transformation portfolio.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in agile, human-centred, and enterprise change management.
• Proven ability to lead change in complex, large-scale Finance or Digital transformations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior executive levels.
• Strong analytical capability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong project management skills to drive change plans from initiation through to completion.
• Location: Must be based in the UK with the ability to attend the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, CMS, CPCM, or BQF).
• Change delivery experience within Financial Services and knowledge of SAP.
• Experience shaping operating models, behaviours, and organizational culture.
• Ability to partner with L&D to build targeted learning and enablement capabilities.
