What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Remarketing Specialists through training and performance management.
• Oversee daily auction operations to ensure timely processing and liquidation of repossessed collateral.
• Manage aged inventory by identifying liquidation barriers and driving resolution to maximize recovery values.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with auction partners, repossession forwarders, and vendors.
• Implement policies and controls to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience leading a Remarketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of remarketing, repossession, collateral liquidation, and auction operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based business applications.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing third-party vendors and repossession forwarders.
• Background in auto finance, lending, or asset recovery environments.
