What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service operations for DME programs and provide instructions for the appropriate use and application of products.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and collection of patient responsibility.
• Evaluate customer clinic needs and collaborate with Sales and Field Service Teams to optimize DME inventory performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the designated territory using valuation methods and tracking systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the customer, hirify.global, and the Sales Team.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OIG, and other government healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in orthopedics, physical therapy, or athletic training.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Professional credentials such as active Athletic Training licensure, BOC, ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), or PTA certification.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds and travel within the designated territory.
