What you will do

• Commute to patient homes to provide diagnostic and low-acuity care services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
• Ensure all supplies and PPE are prepared for daily patient visits.
• Document patient information accurately using mobile technology.
• Coordinate the labeling and shipment of collected samples to appropriate labs.
• Build warm, professional connections with patients to ensure a comfortable experience.

Requirements

• Must possess valid state licensure, certification, or proof of training for nursing, phlebotomy, or medical assisting.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for travel.
• Must be able to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Must provide proof of vaccination or immunity for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, and TDaP.
• Proficiency with mobile devices for charting and secure messaging.
• Ability to pass national background and DMV checks.
