What you will do

• Drive evaluation, development, and implementation of AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging technologies across hirify.global service lines.
• Improve process and automation efficiency through process optimization to achieve cost, speed, quality, and scalable-operations gains.
• Establish AI governance, risk management, validation approaches, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Quality, Regulatory, and IT.
• Lead cross-functional change management with operational service line leaders and Data Science to drive AI adoption across multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent hirify.global externally in industry consortiums, conferences, client meetings, and strategic technology partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology innovation, operational excellence, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Significant hands-on experience driving AI strategy and implementing AI technologies, AI agents, automation, or machine learning solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation and how to apply them to improve business operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and resolve complex business and client challenges.
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience driving organizational change and innovation.
