What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI productivity and automation opportunities.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials to drive enterprise AI adoption.
• Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered workflows using platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Claude for Enterprise.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and data teams to ensure AI solutions meet compliance and governance standards.
• Coach teams on effective prompting, workflow design, and responsible AI usage.
• Document solution architectures and operational procedures for enterprise AI deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or AI enablement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI workflows using orchestration tools or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and privacy in regulated environments.
• Background in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences.
