• Must be based in or able to work from Manchester, UK.
• Strong background in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating team performance.
• Recent hands-on technical expertise in software development or QA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
