Salary: €115,000 - €140,000 per year (OTE: €150,000 - €185,000)

What you will do

• Own partner-sourced ARR and pipeline targets, driving strategic growth through FY30.
• Merge regional partnership efforts into a single, cohesive global organization.
• Shift strategy from volume-based referrals to high-value ISV and Marketplace integrations.
• Design and implement data infrastructure for partner attribution and pipeline forecasting.
• Build repeatable co-marketing and demand-generation frameworks with partners.
• Manage and mentor a team of 6 across major European geographies.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in HR Tech SaaS partnerships and ecosystem dynamics.
• Proven leadership experience in scale-ups, specifically managing international teams.
• Hands-on experience scaling marketplace listings and structured co-sell motions.
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, LTV/CAC, and pipeline velocity.
• English: C2 level required.
• Willingness to travel regularly across core European hubs.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with major SaaS marketplaces or enterprise HR platforms.
• Experience working in a multi-hub European model (NL, FR, DE).
• Familiarity with PRM tools and HubSpot attribution models.
