What you will do

• Manage spare parts packages from quotation through delivery to ensure schedule and commercial targets are met.
• Take ownership of project financials, including turnover and profitability.
• Lead the continuous development and standardization of global spare parts processes.
• Identify and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Implement digital solutions to improve information flow across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within an international setting.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to work onsite in Karlstad, Sweden.
• Proficiency in English for professional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, digital tools, or process automation.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
