R&D Project Manager Combustion

Location: Finspång, Östergötland County, Sweden. Combustion projects involve prototyping and testing at company laboratories; a flexible working place may eventually be possible.

What you will do

• Lead R&D combustion projects through the Product Development Process and Product Integrity Process.
• Guide projects from initial concept through design, production, prototyping, and testing.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, costs, quality, resources, and team responsibilities.
• Identify and manage risks, address challenges, and maintain project momentum toward milestones.
• Foster collaboration, team spirit, and effective communication across multicultural teams and time zones.
• Report progress, facilitate workshops, and coordinate with testing, production, and core development teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in gas turbine development, or strong willingness to learn.
• MSc or BSc in Engineering.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and driven to achieve project targets.
• Good English language skills.

Nice to have

• Swedish language skills.
