Project Manager Implementation

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid setup with at least 2 days from the office

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent SaaS implementations, from rollouts under 5 months to complex multi-country enterprise deployments lasting over 1 year.
• Drive delivery against milestones, timelines, budgets, quality targets, and billable objectives.
• Coordinate daily with Solution Architects, technical consultants, and third-party partners to align resources and optimize project flow.
• Establish project governance through Steering Committees, stakeholder updates, risk mitigation, and escalations.
• Advise enterprise customers on Change Management strategies, software adoption, and value realization.
• Support Sales with project quotes, plans, technical scoping, and account growth opportunities, while using AI tools and modern workflows to improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex, multi-country SaaS or business software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Proven ability to balance delivery excellence with commercial outcomes, billable efficiency, scope control, and upsell awareness.
• Strong experience leading Steering Committees, managing client risks and scope changes, and advising on Change Management.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive results without step-by-step guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, including collaboration with cross-functional technical teams and client executives.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Curious, highly organized, analytical, adaptive, resilient, proactive, and empathetic communication style.

Nice to have

• Experience in Workforce Management, HCM, or complex HR software environments.
• Background in management consulting or professional services delivery.
• Experience with AI-driven project management or workflow automation tools.
