Agile Project Leader (Cybersecurity Software)

What you will do

• Shape and execute the AXIS OS software development roadmap with two development teams.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog and break down activities with a strong user focus.
• Manage requirements, dependencies, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering Leaders on strategy execution and provide technical support to developers.
• Facilitate planning, continuous improvement, communication, and problem-solving to support timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Work experience as a project leader, team leader, backlog owner, product owner, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Technical understanding or strong technical interest in software development, balanced with a business mindset.
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience and ability to lead people and projects, motivate teams, and create an open and innovative work environment.
• Ability to negotiate and make decisions when needed, with a humble and empathic approach.
• Open-minded and cooperative approach to building positive, win-win relationships.
