Project Delivery Lead (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; onsite role based primarily in the Stockholm office on Kungsgatan.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for Swedish municipalities, from kickoff and planning through training, go-live, and ongoing adoption.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, workload coordination, and performance support for the Project Delivery team.
• Build relationships with municipal leaders, social services and healthcare managers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of Tandem in everyday workflows and support municipalities in reducing documentation burden.
• Lead change management, identify implementation risks, resolve escalations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Improve delivery playbooks and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Medical Operations on customer outcomes and product development.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS implementation, project delivery, or customer success, ideally in healthcare technology or the public sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex implementations and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience leading and coaching a team, developing people, and improving team performance.
• Proven experience leading change management in complex organisations, ideally in healthcare, social care, or the public sector.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A structured and proactive approach to improving processes and delivering consistent customer outcomes.
• Understanding of Swedish municipalities across social services and municipal healthcare, including public-sector operational challenges.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
