What you will do

• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions from diagnosis to implementation.
• Design and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to track growth, retention, and efficiency.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including scenario modeling and cohort analysis.
• Prepare executive briefings and board-level reporting materials.
• Support strategic planning, headcount planning, and annual operating processes.
• Manage and improve core business systems and internal process documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or management consulting (SaaS/Tech preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modeling and data visualization.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms like Salesforce or NetSuite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Galway, Ireland for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, or R.
• Exposure to CCaaS or contact center markets.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
