What you will do

• Underwrite and manage a diversified property portfolio across APAC within defined authority.
• Evaluate new and renewal business through broker and direct channels.
• Review submissions including catastrophe modelling outputs and loss history.
• Negotiate quotes and bind risks while ensuring contract clarity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, cedents, and clients.
• Collaborate with actuarial, claims, and engineering teams to support service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in property underwriting.
• Must have experience with or exposure to APAC markets.
• Strong understanding of catastrophe modelling and actuarial concepts.
• Proven ability to manage broker and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to operate in a growth-focused environment.
