What you will do

• Manage direct client coverage in partnership with relationship managers to grow the equities and derivatives business.
• Provide proactive, tailored advisory solutions and actionable investment ideas aligned with the bank's research views.
• Execute client trades and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure optimal portfolio performance.
• Manage risk on client positions while adhering to compliance and best execution policies.
• Collaborate with the broader equity advisory team to distribute thought-leadership and market insights.
• Cultivate a pipeline of potential clients through active engagement with front office sales teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant securities sales and execution experience in equities and derivatives within private banking.
• Proven track record in managing active client engagement in an advisory capacity.
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Mandarin is preferred for liaising with Greater China clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset.
