What you will do

• Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security, and auxiliary documentation in alignment with credit approvals and internal policies.
• Liaise with internal legal, product, and custodian teams, as well as external solicitors and valuers, to facilitate documentation completion.
• Perform thorough checks on returned documentation to validate conditions precedent and collateral perfection.
• Review legal opinions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal regulatory requirements.
• Manage the lodgment and safekeeping of completed documents and maintain accurate credit files.
• Support Front Office queries and contribute to system enhancements, UAT, and process updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably a graduate degree in banking or finance.

Nice to have

• Experience in private banking documentation.
