What you will do

• Manage project-level scientific aspects of clinical research, including study design and analysis.
• Lead the development of clinical study protocols for prospective trials and real-world evidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, R&D, and biostatistics to ensure robust clinical findings.
• Drive evidence dissemination through peer-reviewed journal articles, conference abstracts, and scientific presentations.
• Support health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and regulatory documentation (CSRs, CERs).
• Review external investigator-initiated research proposals for scientific merit and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree in Biomedical Science or Health-related field (MD, PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of clinical science or development experience in medical devices or related industries.
• Clinical research experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or heart rhythm disorders.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and EU regulations for medical devices.
• Must be based in the United States with a reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with US and EU clinical-regulatory documentation (510(k), IDE, PMA).
• Strong understanding of causal inference and diagnostic testing metrics.
