What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and impact.
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track product performance, KPIs, and feature adoption to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have clinical or pharmacy experience in the Medicare space.
• Proven experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• 5–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in backlog management and product lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms.
