Salary: $133,300 – $179,900 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior using data tools to optimize features and engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive market and user research to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points.
• Lead the prioritization of the product backlog, creating epics and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Develop and refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Mentor other Product Managers and lead cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in consumer or enterprise-level product management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude, and/or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and customer insight gathering.
• Must be able to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
