What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for digital platforms supporting healthcare and laboratory operations.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements definition to implementation and optimization.
• Drive modernization initiatives across CRM, revenue cycle management, and sample management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and laboratory operations to enhance user experiences.
• Mentor product managers and business analysts while promoting product excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management with success leading enterprise initiatives.
• Strong experience supporting healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or genomic environments.
• Demonstrated expertise managing business platforms, operational workflows, and complex system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies and experience leading delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a science-related field or MBA.
• Experience with molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory workflows, or healthcare interoperability.
