What you will do

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed user stories for the scrum team.
  • Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure a steady flow of development-ready stories.
  • Lead and participate in all scrum ceremonies, providing continuous support to the development team.
  • Define clear and concise acceptance criteria to ensure quality and consistency of the product experience.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and design teams to coordinate delivery plans and mitigate impediments.
  • Communicate product strategy to stakeholders and negotiate tradeoffs based on business value.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
  • Proven ability to create, prioritize, and accept user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
