What you will do

• Manage complex campaign tracking configurations and enforce strict data governance and naming conventions.
• Write and adapt various formulas and scripts to support data management and reporting tasks.
• Identify process pain points and implement robust improvements to enhance data workflows.
• Investigate and resolve complex data issues, analyzing root causes and metric calculations.
• Build complex queries and customize dashboards using internal BI tools to meet business needs.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a primary escalation point for data operations.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience in data operations, data management, or a similar data-focused role.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
