What you will do

• Design 3D parts and assemblies using Solid Edge CAD.
• Create and detail 2D draft drawings and engineering bills of materials.
• Manage bill of material costs and coordinate with suppliers.
• Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Lead small projects from initial concept through to final implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-tech processing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and machinery development.
• Proficiency in Solid Edge CAD for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Strong analytical, fault-finding, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and use personal initiative.
• Flexibility to work overtime when project requirements demand it.

Nice to have

• Understanding of machinery safety regulations, risk assessments, and CE marking.
• Experience in the semiconductor or high-technology industry.
• Knowledge of GD&T, ERP/PLM systems, and COMSOL simulation software.
• Familiarity with complex P&ID diagrams and software development basics.
