What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor import and export customs processes in compliance with Turkish law.
• Manage external customs brokers and service providers, handling deviations and escalations.
• Review customs-relevant data including HS codes, customs value, and origin documentation.
• Maintain customs and foreign trade master data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as Key User for TAREKS and manage import permits and control certificates.
• Analyze customs issues and support corrective measures in alignment with global compliance teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey
• Strong knowledge of Turkish customs law and foreign trade regulations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in managing customs documentation and tariff classification.
• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English
