Partner Development Manager (EMEA)

Location: Must be based in the EMEA region to maintain a physical presence in the market.

What you will do

• Identify and close new partners across Integration, Solution, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startup motions within EMEA.
• Localize and activate global partnerships for the regional market, managing enablement and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain a robust regional pipeline of prospective partners.
• Collaborate with global function leads to translate global partnership strategy into regional execution.
• Represent Supabase at EMEA partner and developer events to build regional relationships.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles specifically within EMEA.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple partner motions, including technology integrations, SIs, and startup ecosystems.
• Experience establishing a regional function for a company previously concentrated in another region.
• Professional background in developer tools, databases, or infrastructure software.
• An established, senior-level network of partner connections in EMEA.
• Fluent English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Established relationships within AWS's EMEA partner organization or GCP/Azure equivalents.
• Proficiency in a second regional language such as French, German, Spanish, or Arabic.
