What you will do

• Lead discovery, research, ideation, and prototyping initiatives within cross-functional product teams.
• Partner with product managers and developers to transform customer and business insights into impactful solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, customer interviews, and collaborative sessions using the team's Design Playbook.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product discovery and delivery lifecycle.
• Leverage AI and LLM-based technologies to accelerate design and collaboration workflows.
• Collaborate with other designers via regular critiques and feedback sessions to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products across the full lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading user research and translating insights into actionable product decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently lead cross-functional collaboration and brainstorming.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person discovery.

• Experience using AI and LLM-assisted tools for research, prototyping, or systems thinking.
• Experience evolving large-scale design systems and reducing UX debt.
