What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review and processing.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor the shared accounts inbox and handle supplier/customer inquiries.
• Process customer payment applications and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for major accounts.
• Assist with general finance administration and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices and supplier payments.
• Strong reconciliation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be available to work 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Sydney Time.
• Previous experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in wholesale, retail, FMCG, or distribution industries.
• Exposure to automated invoice processing systems.
• Experience with Metcash or ALM supplier systems.
