We’re now looking for a Marketing Analyst who will work across CRM and Marketing channels. This is a new and high-impact role – you’ll be the go-to person for evaluating the performance of our global marketing activities, building attribution and social analytics systems, and guiding growth across B2B and B2C verticals.

• Analyze complex marketing data to uncover growth opportunities and shape
decision-making
• Build unified attribution models across CRM, social and offline events
• Develop social analytics and model content performance targets
• Create predictive models to assess campaign effectiveness and revenue impact
• Own dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across teams
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments and
prioritize initiatives
• Lead on marketing mix modeling and support strategic planning for new market
entries
• Implement analytics best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
Required Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing, Product, or Data Analyst
• Hands-on with SQL (any dialect); Clickhouse experience is a plus
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics: attribution, A/B testing, CRM
performance
• Experience with BI tools, GA, Appsflyer, Airflow or similar ETL systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business outcomes
• Fluent English (B2+) Nice to have:
• Experience working in B2B and B2C environments
• Background in multi-region businesses with diverse marketing infrastructures
