What you will do

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, strategic partnerships, NDAs, and standard commercial contracts.
• Support securities compliance and governance, including disclosure obligations, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Build and refine scalable internal legal processes to improve legal operations speed, consistency, and efficiency.
• Provide cross-functional legal support for corporate initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Report to the Head of Legal, US.

Requirements

• J.D. degree (or equivalent) and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional law experience (law firm, in-house, or a mix).
• Strong foundation in commercial contracting, transactional negotiations, and general corporate matters.
• Ability to weigh legal risk effectively against practical, business-driven outcomes.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in freight, transportation, logistics, energy, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working with autonomous technology, AI/ML, or hardware/infrastructure companies.
• Prior experience with corporate securities law and public company reporting requirements.
