What you will do

• Drive the adoption of structured sales processes and methodologies across the LATAM region.
• Lead ongoing commercial capability development and adapt global programs to regional needs.
• Empower sales managers through consistent coaching practices and opportunity inspection frameworks.
• Integrate AI-enabled solutions and commercial systems into daily sales routines.
• Track and analyze metrics related to pipeline quality, conversion rates, and training adoption to drive financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, sales management, or dedicated Commercial Excellence roles.
• Strong mastery of structured sales methodologies and Value-Based Selling strategies.
• Experience in change management with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is mandatory.
• Must be based in Brazil.
