Salary: $145,000–$160,000 base plus commission

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand their priorities and success outcomes.
• Create and execute technical success plans that drive platform adoption and reduce security risk.
• Identify high-value use cases to integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Monitor health indicators to proactively spot adoption gaps and retention risks.
• Lead mitigation planning for technical blockers and integration challenges.
• Provide technical insights to support renewal readiness, QBRs, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving adoption, retention, and customer health improvement.
• Must be able to work from the Los Angeles office 3 days per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, and adoption analytics.
