TL;DR

Customer Success Associate (AI): Managing and developing a portfolio of enterprise accounts for a real-time AI event detection platform with an accent on retention, expansion, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Focus on integrating the platform into client workflows, providing user-level support, and driving renewal targets within the Corporate Risk vertical.

Location: US Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the greater NYC or DC areas.

Compensation: $83,000 – $122,500 (OTE) plus company equity.

What you will do

  • Serve as the platform expert for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring value optimization and long-term retention.
  • Develop deep insights into customer use cases, budget cycles, and internal decision-making to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Provide user-level support and integrate the platform into client operational workflows.
  • Collect and articulate customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development.
  • Strategically influence stakeholders, including users, influencers, and budget decision-makers.
  • Prepare sales proposals, forecasts, and account plans to meet bookings and expansion targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management.
  • Must be based in the US, with a strong preference for the greater NYC or DC areas.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex software solutions and multiple client stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accountability and ability to execute on multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent consultative skills with a focus on delivering a superior client experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media analysis, corporate security, risk, or crisis management.
