What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on leveraging hirify.global's solutions across technical and marketing teams
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support
  • Identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities with sales collaboration
  • Monitor customer usage and deploy interventions to maximize product adoption
  • Track customer health and execute risk mitigation strategies
  • Represent the customer voice internally to influence product and sales strategies

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based on the East Coast of the United States
  • 3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
  • Proven ability to retain and grow customer relationships
  • Experience with technical SaaS products, APIs, cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills for enterprise customer engagement
  • Data-driven and self-motivated individual contributor
